Between the time the California Supreme Court ruled that it was unconstitutional to prevent same-sex couples from marrying and Prop 8 passed making same-sex marriage in California illegal, thousands of committed couples were legally married. Now the Prop 8 Legal Defense Fund and Ken Starr have filed legal briefs seeking to nullify those marriages.
I'm pretty emotional on this topic, so I'll just say....I signed here.
