I was thinking of you today. I sometimes read your blog because I knew you in a long ago past, and because your blog is linked to a friend's. I didn't vote for Obama, but still I felt excitement and anticipation for today. I danced with my son to the band, we sang with Aretha, watched silently through the prayers, and wept with emotion during the oath. I know you were sharing today with your girls, too, and I can only imagine the celebration in your house. I hope it was as wonderful as you imagined. :)
