and I thought I was doing so well
Last night Canon asked me if there was a baby in my tummy. I immediately wrote off her question and blamed such a concept on the front pockets of the little hoodie I was wearing. But then this morning as I was making coffee in my skin-tight pajama tank top, she asked, "Mommy, why is your tummy so big?" Ouch! Just a little too brutally honest for my liking. It is true that I haven't worked out the past two weeks because I've been sick, but I still thought I was doing okay. Apparently not. Time to hit the gym again.

It seems like I'm constantly going through cycles of feeling good about my body, and then suddenly, looking downright pregnant. I think it's hormonal or something.
I have started exercising for the first time in a very long time over the past several months, and I can definitely tell a difference when I don't exercise for a few days.
But, from that picture, I really didn't see anything that looked like a big belly! You're beautiful every time I see you.
Whatever. Kids just say stuff. YOU ARE NOT FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Uh-uh! From the mouths of babes.
I can't even believe that Canon said that. If Canon thinks you are pregnant, I'd hate to think what she'd think of me. I'm at least a size bigger (if not more) than you.
You are beautiful and thin and I would brush her comment off as nothing. Love you.
You're going to have to leave Canon with Alex when we get together during my trip to NC! I don't even want to know what she'd have to say about my postpartum body!
Well at least it was your child that asked you that. I had a lady at church ask me if I was pregnant just a few days ago (this is the 2nd time someone has asked me that, the first was not long after I had Peyton). :0
