Confidence...one of the traits I hoped for when she was in the womb. Now I just hope the world outside doesn't squelch it, give her doubts. And I hope I know how to nurture it, help it grow healthy and pure.

She's only 3 years old and you have her in swim lessons already (that's a good thing!). You're teaching her independence and quite obviously have instilled confidence in her. You're on the right path, Christy!
