sick day

I'm sick today. Being sick and home alone with an infant and a toddler is pretty miserable. But even worse than that....is being sick and home alone with sick children. So I made a conscious effort today not to kiss, breathe or cough on the girls. It was surprisingly harder than I thought, especially with Elly. There's just something about her; I want to put her in my mouth. I realized today I have a constant urge to put her fingers, toes, earlobes, lips, nose, elbows, tummy....in my mouth. The saying "you're so cute, I could eat you" makes a lot more sense now. Yummy cuteness.

I'm sick. I'm going to bed.
