happy wednesday
My love for yoga came as quite a surprise to me. I'm not at all flexible. And I used to feel like I needed a good cardio sweat to truly be "working out." But I fell in love with finding intention in my breath, challenging my body and quieting my mind. It's all very addictive. My postures aren't perfect (especially when I'm photographing them myself...and standing on a coffee table), but thankfully yoga isn't about perfection or competition. Yoga has gotten me through some difficult times. It definitely makes me happy.

Very cool picture...how did you make it white out in the background? Just from the light?
Truly beautiful picture, Sweetie!
Love,
Mom
You look so pretty in this photo...I know nothing about yoga, but that pose seems pretty impressive to me! I am glad it gives you so much joy.
You are impressive woman! The photo, the yoga, the pose....all of it....amazing:)
Wow - I think your posture looks great in this one. I am glad yoga makes you happy - I tried a few classes a few years ago, but it didn't work for me. It might have been the teacher though - she was quite judgmental and I found myself dreading to go to classes!
i've never been to a propoer yoda class, but have tried doing it myself following self help videos and such, but i have never managed to quite do it right. i much prefer pilates or just simply dancing about working up a sweat :)
Love this photo. Love your pose. Love that you've found happiness in yoga. Look forward to the day when we can do some yoga classes together.
I"m with you. I've worked a lot of stuff out on the mat. Great shot.
very cool picture
We should of tried yoga instead of pilates. We might of had a better experience. haha Then again I don't think i could make that move in the picture or anywhere near it.

Lovely! Just looking at this picture makes me feel more serene and happy - you look beautiful.
this is so beautiful! yoga makes me happy too. making me happier right now is pilates (tomorrow).
You know I love all your photos. Including the endless snapshots in time of your gorgeous girls. But, of all the photos you took last week, this one is by far my favorite. It's introspective. Peaceful. Yet shows such strength. You are amazing, Christy!
