the older man
A belated anniversary date got off to a perfect start; I was carded at the movie theater. And when I didn't have any identification, I was allowed to get in with the guy who was "obviously over 21," according to the theater attendant. My husband was my adult guardian. Must have been my $1.99 large hoop earrings from H&M that made me look seventeen! Or maybe it was my completely flat chest. Whatever it was....I'll take it.

That's funny. Poor Alex! Wes has been carded the last 4 times (I've been counting) that he's ordered a beer/glass of wine. Crazy. I think he fits into the "obviously over 21" category too.
That's awesome! Both Andy & I have been carded at the movie theater. When they ask for my ID, I like to whip out a photo of my child to really drive in the point that I'm not 16. Now that I'm 30, though, it's kind of a compliment to get carded. Who would have thought?
Yeah, I used to hate those comments about looking young when I was 18 or 20. But, recently, a couple of random people have acted surprised when they found out I was near 30, and I could just kiss them!
now that makes for a good day!
OK, now that's hilarious in a creepy kind of way! Hope your date night was fun!
what movie did y'all go see?
Forgetting Sarah Marshall. very funny. The trailer for Pineapple Express was worth the price of admission.
BTW, I was "obviously over 21" because I was showing major chest hair that night.
