Life has been a bit of a blur lately. Canon is in Georgia as I wrap up this freelance job. Because Canon is gone, Elly and I have spent more time just hanging out at home. She is so content on her own. Walking from room to room, to and fro. And I have pangs of guilt. It's not that I haven't noticed how much she is growing up, but I haven't documented it here.Having the time to just hang out with her, I am reminded what a cool little person she is. And how lucky I am to be able to spend my days with her.

Elly is adorable. Second kids always get the short end of the stick - you're not the only one to document less. Just be thankful you have this time with her at all. Lucky girls - all of you!
PS - I LOOOOOVE your new blog banner! I've been thinking of ways to get a Chicago Winter banner done before March. Today it snowed for the first time ... grey and ugly ... sigh. Miss you.
