I was driving when I crashed into a guardrail. (I was alone in the car, so you know it had to be a dream.) Anyway...it was a nasty crash. The car flipped several times before landing vertically, nose of the car in the ground. A woman ran over and asked me if I was okay. She let me know someone else had already called 911. So I waited. I heard the sirens getting closer. I wasn't sure how badly I was hurt. When the ambulance arrived at the scene, the emergency workers freed me from the car, loaded me on a backboard and zipped me away. The whole time they were working I tried not to smile. All I could think about was how I was going to get to stay in the hospital and get some sleep.
And then Canon started banging at her door, signaling nap time was over. One can dream.

I love the family picture!
Awwww, I know that feeling we have so few family pictures.
You guys look very happy and content!
I just want you to know how much I love you...we need to "play" sometime! (I still remember you using the word "play" in middle and high school and have noticed you use it on here too...you're cute.)
I miss you guys! - Lauren
Yep... I think this is a Smith family photo first on the blog. You guys look great!
Sounds like you are very stressed Christy. Try to steal some relaxation if you can, soon!! What a cute family picture.
Great family portrait. Lately, I realized I have very few pictures of Dan and me. I got lazy. Now that it's on the brain, I remembered to take a pic yesterday on our walk home from the Brazil-USA futbol match at Soldier Field. It really doesn't matter where it is - family pics are priceless!
