My girls, mom, sister and I are safe and sound in Virginia Beach. My new strategy for a peaceful carride was to leave in the middle of the night. And it worked! By the time we got here I was exhausted, but still sane.
There will be no beach in this Virginia Beach trip; it's freezing. And my poor Elly was tagged with the stomach bug. Still...it's good to be with my family.
