Since I am with the girls day in and out, I see the gradual changes. Alex has to play catch-up on the weekends. This weekend he was overwhelmed. After a daddy-daughter breakfast date, Canon showed off her computer proficiency. With each click, Alex got more and more emotional. He realized it won't be long before they are video game buddies. And when Alex put her in the tree this afternoon, she kept climbing. We actually had trouble getting her down when it was time to go. Each day she becomes more independent.
