Today was Elly's four month check-up. I hated this appointment with both of my girls. Not only did she get a ton of shots, but the doctor suggested we start introducing solid foods. I am totally not ready for that. Elly has never even had a bottle; she is totally dependent on me. Solid foods are the beginning of her independence, and I want her to stay my baby. She doesn't have to be a baby forever, just until I'm ready to move on to the next phase.
Elly...."stop when I say freeze...FREEZE!"
